Ezra arrived in Jerusalem in August of that year. He had left Babylon on April 8th and came to Jerusalem on August 4th for the gracious hand of God was on him. This was because Ezra had determined to study and obey the law of the Lord and to teach those laws and regulations to the people of Israel. (Ezra 7:8-10)

What a great verse to show how Ezra took what he learned from God applied it to his own life and then shared it with other people. I can only pray this would be the same thing I would do. So many times I think that in order to do this it has to be in a “pastoral” or “preaching” arena, but it doesn’t. I can take what I learn and by displaying it or showing it in my everyday ordinary life make a huge impact for God. Imagine showing others how gossip is not good by not doing it and even telling others not to. Imagine being love by accepting anyone regardless of whether they are like you or not. I have a lot of work to become like Ezra. May God make into a man like Ezra.

I found this link that answers 258 different theology questions and answers. I’m sure not everyone will be in agreement with all of these, but it is still a good resource to have for reference.
